The Tax Fee Protection Service includes the following features:

  • A £75,000 limit of indemnity
  • No excesses
  • No inner limits (except Special Civil Investigations and Judicial Review at £5,000)

The Policy has an all-embracing insuring clause, which does not discriminate between enquiry types, but instead covers everything unless it is specifically excluded. This removes any doubt as to what the Policy will or will not cover.

  • Minimum Wage Enquiries
  • Inheritance Tax Enquiries
  • Child Tax Credit Enquiries
  • HMRC Code of Practice 8 enquiries (Indemnity Limit £5,000)
  • Applications for Judicial Review (Indemnity Limit £5,000)
  • Appeal to the First Tier Tribunal or Upper Tribunal
  • Any written enquiry from HMRC or informal enquiries commenced by telephone (that require a written response)
